Apartment in Phuket is different from "Serviced Apartment" like in Bangkok. Serviced Apartment is easy to book and easy to stay for short term. But apartment in Phuket is small, and normally is for long stay. It's not easy to book because travel agents don't have the contract. So, you need to go to the owner and make a direct contract with him or her.
If you stay for long term more than 1 month, you can get a discount for room charge. You need to pay some deposit.
