It takes 5 minutes to walk from Soi 33, Sukhumvit Road to BTS Phrom Phong station next to Emporium, a famous department store. A convenience store is in the exit of soi 33, and Fuji Japanese Food Supermarket is on Soi 33/1 behind Soi 33.

Soi 33 is convenient because it has many restaurants. And also you can enjoy many bars, massage shops, Karaoke bars inside the 33 street.

スクンビット、ソイ33から、高級デパート「エンポリアム」のあるBTSプロンポン駅まで徒歩約５分。ソイの入口にはコンビニがあり、１本裏手のソイ33/1には「フジスーパー」もあり、BTSを利用するにも買い物するにも便利な通りです。

ソイには、飲食店が多数あるので食事に困ることもないでしょう。カラオケパブやバー、マッサージ店も多く、ナイトライフも楽しめますよ。

About Soi Ruamrudee, Sukhumvit Road in Bangkok：バンコクのスクンビット、ソイ・ルアムルディーについて

Phloen Chit area is classy area because there are many luxurious hotels and condominiums like Conrad Hotel, Hôtel Plaza Athénée, and some embassies.

Soi Ruamrudee has " Ruamrudee Village " including a wine bar, restaurants, coffee shops, massage shops and so on. All Season Place, a big shopping complex is near this Soi Ruamrudee including a big supermarket. Convenience store is not on this street.

ソイ・ルアムルディーのあるプルンチットは、プラザ・アテネやコンラッドといった高級ホテル、各国大使館が多く、どことなくハイソな雰囲気が漂うエリアです。

ソイ・ルアムルディーには、ワイン・バーやレストラン、コーヒーショップ、マッサージ店が入った「ルアムルディー・ビレッジ（Ruamrudee Village」、すぐ近くに数多くの飲食店やショップ、スーパーマーケットが入った「オール・シーズンズ・プレイス（All Seasons Place）」があるなど、近場で食事も買い物も楽しめます。その代わりコンビニエンスストアがありません。

バンコクのBTSアソーク駅とMRTスクンビット駅の交差点周辺について - About the big junction of BTS Asoke and MRT Sukhumvit in Bangkok

The big junction with BTS Asoke station and MRT Sukhumvit station has a good connection, and has many shops and restaurants like Jasmine City, a big shopping complex including Subway, Little Italy and so on.

Robinson department store and Terminal 21, a newly opened shopping store are located just in front of BTS Asoke.

There is a Soi Cowboy with many pubs and clubs are behind Jasmine City, so this is so ideal that men stay at the hotel in this area.

BTSアソーク駅とMRTスクンビット駅は交通の便が良く、周辺には飲食店や屋台が多くあります。駅のそばの「ジャスミン・シティ」内には「サブウェイ」や「リトル・イタリー」といった飲食店が入っています。

アソーク駅前には「ロビンソン・デパート（Robinson Department Store）」と2011年10月に新たにオープンしたショッピングセンター「ターミナル21（Terminal 21）」もあり、食事をするにも買い物をするにも好立地です。

バンコク屈指のナイトスポット「ソイ・カウボーイ（Soi Cowboy）」までも徒歩１分ほどなので、ナイトライフを楽しみたい男性にとってこの上ない便利なロケーションですね。

About Soi 18, Sukhumvit Road in Bangkok：バンコクのスクンビット、ソイ18について

There are a convenienced store, Robinson Department Store and 24-hour-open Foodland Super Market on Soi 18, Sukhumvit Road. And also, the street has some restaurants and some massage shops, So when you stay at the hotel on Soi 18, you don't need to go to another place. Most recommended restaurant is Thai food restaurant called " P.Kitchen ", next to Park Plaza Bangkok Soi 18. The food is delicious and not so expensive. Sometimes, you can see sleeping cats under the table in this restaurant.

ソイ18の入り口にはセブンイレブン、「ロビンソン・デパート」と24時間営業のスーパーマーケット「フードランド」があります。また、ソイ18には飲食店とリーズナブルなマッサージ店も何軒かあり、食事もマッサージもソイの中だけで済ませられます。中でもお勧めしたいのは、パーク・プラザ・バンコクのすぐ隣にあるタイ料理食堂「P.キッチン」。安くて美味しいのはもちろん、テーブルの下で猫が寝ていようが店員も客もまったく動じない、猫好きな人にはたまらない食堂でしたよ。

About road in Phuket - プーケットの道路事情

In Thailand including Phuket,
almost all roads are good. Main roads are wide, so it's easy to drive except Bangkok.
But when we drove our car in Phuket,
we felt a little bit scary because we couldn't see outside by heavy rain.
When we had arrived at Banyan Tree Phuket,
we felt safe very much.

プーケットを含めタイの道路はどこも舗装され比較的整備されています。そのためバンコク以外で、メインの通りを運転するのはそれほど難しくありません。しかし私達スタッフがプーケットでレンタカーを借りて運転したときは、どしゃぶりで前が見えず、ようやく到着地であるバニヤン・ツリー・プーケットが見えて来たときには、心底ほっとしました。

Good points about Singapore city bus - シンガポールのバスの長所について

Singapore MRT subway is convenient for travelers. But sometimes we want to go to the place far from the MRT stations. In that case, bus is better.

To reduce traffic jam, the taxi charge goes up during the peak time like morning and evening. But the bus fee is not changed. When you go to plat form of MRT station's, you need to go up and down, but you just get on the bus from the ground with a few steps. The distance between MRT stations is far, but each bus stop is close, and so you don't need to walk far. The timetable is every 10 -15 minutes, so you don't need to wait for the bus for a long time. Subway transport has no view, but you can enjoy the outside view from the bus seat.

シンガポールの地下鉄は、主要エリアを網羅する便利な乗り物ですが、駅から離れた場所で訪れたい所があることがあります。そんなときに便利なのが市バスです。

渋滞緩和のため、シンガポールでは朝夕の混む時間帯にタクシーは基本料金が上がるのですが、バスはそんなことありません。地下鉄はプラットフォームまでいったん地下にもぐってまた上がってという風に時間がかかりますが、バスは道路からひょいっと乗ることが出来ます。地下鉄は駅と駅の間隔が長いですが、バスのバス停は間隔が狭いので、地下鉄のようにえんえん駅まで歩く必要もありません。シンガポールのバスはだいたいが５〜15分おきなので、何時間も待つ必要もありません。何より外の景色を見ながら移動できるのは地下鉄にはない楽しみです。

LVMH acquire AMAN RESORTS? - LVMHがアマンを？

From the source of cpp-luxury.com, there is a rumor that LVMH is interested in acquiring AMAN Resort, luxurious hotel group based in Asia. Recently, fashion brand start hotel business like Armarni Hotel, I'll see that new and unique hotels will be opened in Asian countries.

cpp-luxury.comによると、LVMH モエ ヘネシー・ルイ ヴィトン・グループが、ニューヨーク、パークアベニューと56、57丁目の場所に、ホテルのオープンを検討しているとのことですが、それより目にとまったのが、ルイ ヴィトン・グループがアマンリゾーツの買収を検討しているという噂があったとのことです。アルマーニがホテルをオープンする等最近ファッションブランドがホテルビジネスに進出する動きがありますが、もしこれが本当だとすると、新しいホテルがまた生まれそうですね。

" Sara " means a place to rest in Thai language. Ramada Hotel & Suites Bangkok has a big pool on the ground, and there are some kinds of Sara. The design is beautiful. The color of purple fits lush greens. I want to read the book sitting here all the day.

Square furnuture：四角い家具

In 2011, Ramada Phuket Southsea, former South Sea Karon Resort, has renovated the guest room.

Some furniture like a sofa or a wash bowl is square. The simple looking attracts me.

Soi 31 is in a good location on Sukhumvit Road.

Soi 31 is between BTS Phrom Phong station and BTS Asoke station ( MRT Sukhumvit station ), and it takes 5 minutes by walking from the street to each stations.

Soi 31 has some restaurants, massage shop and so on. It's close from the street to Soi Cowboy where the many night clubs and bars are in.
