ルンピニ公園の遊び方 : How to enjoy Lumpini Park

ザ・イータス・ルンピニからすぐ、バンコクの街のど真ん中に位置するルンピニ公園には、大きな池があり、公園内を自由に無料で散策することができます。

朝や夕方、多くのタイ人が、散歩、ジョギング、ヨガ、エアロビとかしています。池には大きなトカゲがいて、トカゲも時々園内を散歩しています。またシーロムのナイトクラブで働くタイ人マッチョが、園内の屋外ジムでエクセサイズをしています。

公園には有料ボートがあり、以前友人達とボート競争をしました。

公園東側は夜になると、フリーランスの夜のお姉さんがたくさん立ち大変危険なので、旅行者は近寄らないようにしましょう。

Close from The AETAS lumpini Hotel, Lumpini Park with a big pond is located in the center of Bangkok city. Anyone can walk inside the park free of charge.

In the morning and evening, many Thai people do waking, jogging, yoga and aerobics. Big lizards are living in the pond, so sometimes they are walking too. At the open-air fitness gym, many Thai macho working at Silom night pubs, do their body training.

If you want, you can enjoy the boat (not free of charge).

At night, many prostitutes are standing at the east of the park. It's very dangerous, so travelers should not go to the park at night.

BTSプルンチットの足裏マッサージ〜プルンチット・ハタサート - Ploengit Hatthasart - Foot Mssage at BTS Phloen Chit

プルンチット・ハタサートはタイ式足裏マッサージの店です。ザ・オークラ・プレステージ・バンコクのあるBTSプルンチットの４番出口からすぐ、雑居ビルの２階にあります。

かなり痛いですが、強烈に効きます。

Ploengit Hatthasart is a foot massage shop, located on the 2nd floor of small building, from No. 4 exit of BTS Phloen Chit where The Okura Prestige Bangkok stands in.

The massage is very strong, but the masseurs take tiredness from your feet very well.

BRT in Bangkok - バンコクのBRT

Going through the exit of BTS Chong Nonsi, you can arrive at BRT Sathorn in 3 minutes through a roofed pedestrian bridge.

BRT is "Bus Rapid Transit". The bus runs on the special lane to avoid traffic jam. The bus fare is only 10 Baht.

BRS bus doesn’t go to famous places for foreigners. But Anantara Bangkok Sathorn is connected with BRT Arkhan Songkhro, just by one station from BRT Sathorn.

バンコクのBTSチョンノンシー駅を降りて屋根付きの高架歩道橋を渡ると、徒歩３分でBRTサトーン駅に接続します。

BRTはBus Rapid Transit（高速バスシステム）というもので、渋滞時でも専用レーンを走るため、このバスだと渋滞知らずで移動できます。料金わずか10バーツ！

BRTバスの路線は観光客が行くようなめぼしい場所を走っていませんが、例えばアナンタラ・バンコク・サトーンがBRTアーカン・ソンクロ（BRT Arkhan Songkhro）駅と接続していて、BTSチョンノンシー駅まで一駅で到着します。

About Soi 33, Sukhumvit Road in Bangkok：バンコクのスクンビット、ソイ33について

It takes 5 minutes to walk from Soi 33, Sukhumvit Road to BTS Phrom Phong station next to Emporium, a famous department store. A convenience store is in the exit of soi 33, and Fuji Japanese Food Supermarket is on Soi 33/1 behind Soi 33.

Soi 33 is convenient because it has many restaurants. And also you can enjoy many bars, massage shops, Karaoke bars inside the 33 street.

ソイには、飲食店が多数あるので食事に困ることもないでしょう。カラオケパブやバー、マッサージ店も多く、ナイトライフも楽しめますよ。

About Soi Ruamrudee, Sukhumvit Road in Bangkok：バンコクのスクンビット、ソイ・ルアムルディーについて

Phloen Chit area is classy area because there are many luxurious hotels and condominiums like Conrad Hotel, Hôtel Plaza Athénée, and some embassies.

Soi Ruamrudee has " Ruamrudee Village " including a wine bar, restaurants, coffee shops, massage shops and so on. All Season Place, a big shopping complex is near this Soi Ruamrudee including a big supermarket. Convenience store is not on this street.

ソイ・ルアムルディーのあるプルンチットは、プラザ・アテネやコンラッドといった高級ホテル、各国大使館が多く、どことなくハイソな雰囲気が漂うエリアです。

バンコクのBTSアソーク駅とMRTスクンビット駅の交差点周辺について - About the big junction of BTS Asoke and MRT Sukhumvit in Bangkok

The big junction with BTS Asoke station and MRT Sukhumvit station has a good connection, and has many shops and restaurants like Jasmine City, a big shopping complex including Subway, Little Italy and so on.

Robinson department store and Terminal 21, a newly opened shopping store are located just in front of BTS Asoke.

There is a Soi Cowboy with many pubs and clubs are behind Jasmine City, so this is so ideal that men stay at the hotel in this area.

BTSアソーク駅とMRTスクンビット駅は交通の便が良く、周辺には飲食店や屋台が多くあります。駅のそばの「ジャスミン・シティ」内には「サブウェイ」や「リトル・イタリー」といった飲食店が入っています。

バンコク屈指のナイトスポット「ソイ・カウボーイ（Soi Cowboy）」までも徒歩１分ほどなので、ナイトライフを楽しみたい男性にとってこの上ない便利なロケーションですね。

There are a convenienced store, Robinson Department Store and 24-hour-open Foodland Super Market on Soi 18, Sukhumvit Road. And also, the street has some restaurants and some massage shops, So when you stay at the hotel on Soi 18, you don't need to go to another place. Most recommended restaurant is Thai food restaurant called " P.Kitchen ", next to Park Plaza Bangkok Soi 18. The food is delicious and not so expensive. Sometimes, you can see sleeping cats under the table in this restaurant.

ソイ18の入り口にはセブンイレブン、「ロビンソン・デパート」と24時間営業のスーパーマーケット「フードランド」があります。また、ソイ18には飲食店とリーズナブルなマッサージ店も何軒かあり、食事もマッサージもソイの中だけで済ませられます。中でもお勧めしたいのは、パーク・プラザ・バンコクのすぐ隣にあるタイ料理食堂「P.キッチン」。安くて美味しいのはもちろん、テーブルの下で猫が寝ていようが店員も客もまったく動じない、猫好きな人にはたまらない食堂でしたよ。

Soi 31 is in a good location on Sukhumvit Road.

Soi 31 is between BTS Phrom Phong station and BTS Asoke station ( MRT Sukhumvit station ), and it takes 5 minutes by walking from the street to each stations.

Soi 31 has some restaurants, massage shop and so on. It's close from the street to Soi Cowboy where the many night clubs and bars are in.
