Stomach Shape Up - 腹筋を鍛えよう
This is the sign of fitness gym at Pantip Suites Sathorn Serviced Apartment in Bangkok.
Illustration is very funny.
I prefer weight-up to shape-up by eating delicious Thai food.

バンコクではシェイプアップより美味しいもの食べてウェイトアップのほうがいいなあ。

Tropical Smoking Area - トロピカルな喫煙所
Many hotels in Asian countries like Singapore, Thai, Taiwan, Malaysia and so on, prohibit the smoking in the room. So some hotels make the outside smoking area.
The outside smoking space at Hope Land Executive Residence Sukhumvit in Bangkok are beautifully surrounded by tropical trees.

Ramada Hotel & Suites Bangkok's Sara - ラマダ・ホテル・アンド・スイート・バンコクの「サラ」
" Sara " means a place to rest in Thai language. Ramada Hotel & Suites Bangkok has a big pool on the ground, and there are some kinds of Sara. The design is beautiful. The color of purple fits lush greens. I want to read the book sitting here all the day.

「サラ」とはタイ語でお休み所の意味です。ラマダ・ホテル・アンド・スイート・バンコクには、地上に大きなプールがあり、そこに美しいデザインのソファ風サンデッキが用意されています。紫色も緑と調和してきれい。こんなところで、日がな一日読書三昧したいです。
