カメラ街と書店街 - Camera Street and Bookshop Street

台北のジャスト・スリープ・シーメンディン（捷絲旅 西門町館）からMRT台北車駅（MRT Taipei Main Station、台北車站）へ向かって漢口街一段（Sec1, Han Kou St.）歩いていると、突如、カメラ屋が軒を連ねる通りに出ました。思わず持っていたカメラでぱちり。

さらに重慶南路一段（Chungking South Road, Section 1）を歩くと、今度は本屋街になりました。

お目当ての物を探している場合、同じ業種が一箇所に集まっているのは、便利です。

When we walked from Just Sleep Ximending for MRT Taipei Main Station（台北車站）, we found many camera shops in one street. We took some pictures !

And after arriving at Chungking South Road, Section 1, many bookshops are on either side of the road.

Same industry street is convenient for shopping.

Historic Red House and Tian Hou Gong in Ximending - 西門町にある西門紅楼と台北天后宮

In Taipei city, there are two historic spots near Hotel Puri（璞麗商旅）. One is "Historic Red House", an old public market. Another is "Tian Hou Gong", a temple dedicated to Mazu (or Tianhou).

Ximending town is famous for trendy town. But going to these historic spots is a fun.

台北、ホテル・プリ（璞麗商旅）の近くに「西門紅楼（シーメンホンロウ、Historic Red House）」という、昔の公営市場跡があります。またその近くには、海の神様を祀った「台北天后宮」があります。

西門町はヤングのタウンと言われますが、散歩ついでに、こんな台北らしいスポットを訪れるのも楽しいです。

Pray at Xingtian Temple - 行天宮でお詣り

Xingtian Temple is vey famous in Taipei. When you stay at the hotel near the temple, like Gala Hotel（慶泰大飯店）, please visit the enshrined business god.

You can buy offerings and incense sticks in the outside of temple. For incense stick, you exchange your unlit ones for lit ones, from local women inside the temple. A offering stalls set an outrageous price to us. So if you don't like such case, you can bring ones which you buy in another shop.

At the fortune tellers underground street, facial hair shaving is also available. But after we just looked, we went to a coffee shop because we were hungry.

行天宮は台北でも有名なお寺です。ガーラ・ホテル（慶泰大飯店）のように徒歩で行ける距離なら、ぜひお詣りに行ってみましょう。ここは商売の神様が祀られています。

お線香やお供えものは境内外で売っています。面白いのは、自分が買ったお線香を、境内にいるおばさんが手にしている、あらかじめ火が付いている線香と交換することです。僕たちがお供えものを買った屋台は外国人だということがわかると高い料金を言ってきたので、そういうのが嫌いな人は、自分で別にお供えものを買って持って行くとよいでしょう。

地下にある占い横町では、顔の産毛そりもやっているようですが、ぼくらは見学だけして、お腹が空いてたので喫茶店に行きました。

Fly to Taipei with JAL - 日本航空で台北へ

We went from Tokyo to Taipei, Taiwan by Japan Airline in last October.
The economy class's lunch was Japanese Bento Box. It's delicious.

Song Shang Airport is not so big, but quite new.
And location is very close to the center of Taipei.
It takes only 5 minutes by taxi from the airport to our hotel.

昨年10月に日本航空で台北に行ってきました。
エコノミー席の昼食は和風弁当で、これが美味しい。

台北松山空港は、それほど大きくないけど新しくきれいで、
台北市内まで車でわずか５分の距離ととても便利でした。
